If you order between 1-3 sets in a single order, only one application kit will be included. If you would like or need a second application kit (i.e. you are gifting a set to a friend) just send me an email or a note on your order and I'll include another. 

For custom sizing please select "custom" and leave your measurements at checkout, in the instruction box: Thumb Index Middle Ring Pinky - Example 17mm, 15mm, 16mm, 12mm, 10mm. If ordering on mobile, send me an email after you check out with your measurements.
